I’m an instructional designer and curriculum professional with 11 years of experience transforming complex content into clear, engaging learning experiences. I specialize in learner-centered design, curriculum development, assessment, and data-informed decision making. With a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction, I bring a strong foundation in learning theory along with hands-on experience designing instruction, eLearning, and professional learning experiences.

My recent work includes an adult professional-learning program developed through needs analysis, research, evaluation, and revision, as well as an asynchronous e-learning course created in iSpring Suite and PowerPoint. I use frameworks such as ADDIE to guide my process and combine clear content, thoughtful visual design, and purposeful interaction to create practical, accessible learning experiences.
